She was preceded in death Dy her husband husband George "Milt" Fort, her sister Myrna Abel and brother brother Norman Stratton. She is survived by her children and their spouses; Milton (Elaine) Fort, Lynette (Mike - deceased) deceased) Rose, Valerie (Mark) Weight, Kenneth (Sharon) Fort and Stephen (Pam) Fort. She is also survived by her brothers Larry (Barbara) Stratton, Michael Michael (Vickie) Stratton and numerous nieces and nephews. nephews. Helen was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Latter-day Latter-day Saints and served in numerous church positions throughout throughout her life. She retired from the City of Mesa, having worked for many years in the Parks and Recreation Department. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Sunday, July 26, 2009 at Bunker's Garden Chapel, 33 N.
