James Phillip "Phil" McCain, to Phil paddled out on his long board one last time Thursday and caught the eternal wave what a ride! Phil lived life in the fast lane, always enjoying the moment, probably too much some times.

He race cars, his Harley, his dogs, surfing, and boating. Phil will be missed by his mother, Anne McCain of San Marcos CA, son Marc and dghtr-in-law Penelope, grandchild Charlize and her coming sibling, current wife Laurie, first love Lynette, sister Ann, buddy Ken Schatzberg and many others.

Special thanks to all those that held out a hand to Phil over the years, that listened to his stories, and that kept dreaming with him. Mem.
