Mrs. Stratton, 653 S. Center. was born in Pine. Services will be at 9 a.m.

Stoneberger, 63, a Flagstaff resident for 37 years who died Friday at his home, will be at 2 p.m. today in the Flagstaff Mortuary Chapel. Burlial will be in Citizens Cemetery. Mr. Stoneberger, a native of Kansas, was employed by the Paul Zanzucchi rock and gravel firm.

He had been previously employed by Arizona Lumber and Timber Co. and the Saginaw Manistee Lumber Co. Surviving are his wife Hazel. a daughter, Wilma Short, and five sons, Ernest, Jerry, Johnny, Charles, and Larry, all of Flagstaff; a brother Charles, of Oak(land, a sister, Ella Gore, of Flagstaff; his mother, Mrs. Nellie Paul, of Glendale, and 12 grandchildren.

A. P. Dailey A. P. Dailey, 74, who retired a year ago as a vice president of the First National Bank at Lockport, died yesterday in Good Samaritan Hospital.

Mr. Dailey had spent several winters in Phoenix and returned here a month ago. He was a veteran of World War I. Mr. Dailey, a native of Champaign, is survived by his wife, Gladys.

Services and burial will be in Lockport, A. L. Moore and Sons Mortuary announced. R. Loren Westbrook R.

Loren Westbrook, 34, owner of Melrose Radio and Television Store the past 13 years, died Sunday in Doctors Hospital. Mr. Westbrook, 4138 N. 18th moved to Phoenix in 1950 from Las Vegas. He was born in Needles, Calif.

Services will be at 10 a.m. tomorrow in A.L. Moore and Sons Mortuary, 333 W. Adams. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.

Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Westbrook of Phoenix. Charles was fatally, injured in an auto accident near Payson, Born in Williamsport, came here four years ago with his family and resided at 219 W. Jasmine. He was active in his church and had conducted the Sunday morning worship services in Payson with the church-sponsored Boy Scout Troop before the accident. He also sang in the church choir. Survivors include his parents, Mr.

Perrin, 59, a timekeeper for Hotel Westward Ho in Phoenix the past 11 years, Short of a heart attack at Paradise. Mr. Perrin, 101 S. 92nd Drive, attended the First Baptist Church here and was a member of the First Baptist Church and Odd Fellows Lodge in Shamrock, Tex. Born in Wellington, he moved to Tolleson in 1953.

William F. Ell William F. Ell, 67, who retired after 40 years as an auto mechanic in Superior, and moved to Phoenix four years ago, died Saturday in his home, 3211 W. Van Buren. Services will be at 8 p.m.

Donna Boushley of Neenah, a sister and a brother, out of state; 13 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Deaths Of Note Francis J. Meehan MORAGA, Calif. (AP) Francis Joseph Meehan, educator who, as Brother Leo, formerly served as chancellor of St. Mary's College, died Sunday in an Oxnard Hospital.

He was 85. The renowned educator began teaching in San Francisco in 1903 as an English instructor at Sacred Heart College, became a professor of literature at St. Mary's in 1915, dean in 1929 and chancellor in 1930. He had entered the novitiate of the Christian Brothers in 1897. After 40 years as an educator, author and lecturer, he received permission from the Vatican in to retire from the brotherhood.

Five years later, in 1946, hel married Miss De Neze Brown. She survives him. Dr. S. K.

James E. Stocking Services for James E. Stocking, 45, will be at 10 a.m. tomorrow in Bloom's Mortuary, 3800 S. Central.

Mr. Stocking, 103 W. Piedmont, was killed when a piece of construction equipment turned over at Morristown near Wickenburg Friday. He was employed by Haumont Contrac-1 tors of Phoenix. He moved to Phoenix nine years ago from Tipton, where he had farmed.

He was born in Grandfield, Okla. Survivors include his wife, Sarah; a son, Jay of Phoenix; two brothers and a sister, all out of state. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Friends may call at the mortuary from 6 to 9 p.m. today.

Phillip M. Myers GLENDALE Phillip M. Myers, 84, who retired as a watchman for foundries in Rockford, before moving here five years ago, died Sunday in Maryvale Hospital. Mr. Myers, 6936 NW Grand, Glendale, had resided 40 years in Rockford.

He was born in Dry Ridge, Ky. Services will be at 2 p.m. tomorrow in Lundberg Chapel of Chimes, 5852 W. Glenn Drive. Friends may call at the mortuary from 7 to 9 p.m.

Elting FLAGSTAFF Services for Charles I. Elting, 85, who died Saturday in Flagstaff Hospital, will be 3 p.m. tomorrow at the First Church of the Brethren, 3609 N. 27th Phoenix. Burwill be in Greenwood Cemetery.

Mr. Elting was born in Missouri where he operated a farm until 1923. when he moved to Phoenix. He operated a grocery store for 18 years at Ninth Avenue and Pierce. He retired in 1945.

He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. E. B. Habecker of Phoenix and Mrs. Melvin Helsel of Flagstaff, and six grandchildren.

Friends may call at the Ganley and Sons Mortuary from 6:30 Ito 9 p.m, today. L. West, 62, priest emeritus Episcopal Church here, died sheriff in his native Pueblo, and governmental posts there before he was ordained a priest 1947. He moved Phoenix in 1949, was on the staff of Trinity Episcopal Cathedral, the first rector St. Barnabas in Scottsdale, and served a year as superintendent of Good Shepherd Mission at Fort Defiance, an orphanage on the Navajo Reservation.

His career in the started at St. Barnabas of the Valley in Cortez, where also served the mission at Mancos. After serving as chief deputy sheriff five years in Pueblo County until 1935, he was a city commissioner, manager of the chamber of commerce and organizer and first president the Colorado Jaycees, and a national Jaycee vice president. He was a 32nd degree Mason, organizer of the De Molay for Boys in Colorado and a member of its National Legion of Honor. During World War II he served on a draft board.

He resided 5419 1 N. 82nd St. Services will be at noon morrow in St. Barnabas Church at 6715 N. Mockingbird Lane.

The Rt. Rev. Joseph M. Harte, Episcopal bishop of Arizona, and the Rev. John H.

Parke, rector of St. Barnabas on the Desert, will conduct services. Burial will be in the Good Shepherd Mission Cemetery at Fort fiance. Survivors include his wife, Maybelle: brother, Frank: and a sister, Mrs. Lucy Goss, both of Colorado Springs.

She moved to Phoenix 15 years ago from Minneapolis and did private nursing at St. Joseph's and Good Samaritan hospitals. She was born in Fairmount, Minn. Survivors include a son, William of Ann Arbor, a sister, Mrs. Harriet Williams Phoenix; three brothers out of state; and one grandchild.

Friends may call after 3 p.m. today in the chapel at 3934 E. Indian School. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Stella Sauer Mrs.

Stella M. Sauer, 70, who moved to Phoenix 12 years ago from Blue Island, died yesterday in Georgian Court Nursing Home. Mrs. Sauer, 6125 E. Indian School, was born in Blue Island.

Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. today in Paradise Chapel, 3934 E. Indian School. Mass of Requiem will be said at 9 a.m. tomorrow in St.

Theresa's Catholic Church, 5045 E. Thomas. Entombment will be in St. Francis Mausoleum. Friends may call at the mortuary after 3 p.m, today.
