Obituaries More obituaries on Pages 48 and 49 Harry 0. Peterson, 76, World War I veteran Harry Otto Peterson, 76, a former carpenter 25 years for the E. L. Farmer Construction died Tuesday in Phoenix Veterans Administration Hospital. Mr.

Peterson, 3528 W. Maricopa, was a veteran of World War I and member of Carpenters Union Local 1089. Edward Vaughn, ex-dairyman CHANDLER Rites for Edward Vaughn, 77, a former dairyman for the Bureau of Indian Affairs at Ft. Apache and in Oklahoma, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Bueler Mortuary, 14 W.

Hulet. Cremation will follow. Mr. Vaughn, N. Colorado, died Monday in Chandler Community Hospital.

He moved to Arizona in 1939 and had lived in Chandler since 1949, where he worked as an electrician at Williams AFB until retirement in 1958. He was graduated from the University of Iowa in 1913, served as an Army corporal in World War was a member of the Chandler American Legion Post. He was born in Marion, Iowa. Survivors include his wife, Virginia; two sons, William of Chandler and John in Laos; a daughter, Mrs. Nancy Barlow of Phoenix; a stepson, Virgil Gile of Wrangell, Alaska; two sisters and a brother out of state; and 18 grandchildren.

Samuel Stilley Services for Samuel W. Stilley, 71, who died Tuesday in Doctors Hospital, will be at 11 a.m. tomorrow in Sunset Chapel, 301 1. W. Camelback.

Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Mr. Stilley, 2926 E. Cheery Lynn, had been a driver for the TIME truck lines 27 years before retiring in 1963. He was a member of a teamsters local, Veterans of Foreign Wars, an Army veteran of World War I and a deacon in the Central Baptist Church.

Born in Pineville, he moved to Phoenix 30 years ago from El Paso. Survivors include his wife Lela; a daughter, Mrs. Richard Colson of Phoenix; a brother and three sisters in Louisiana; and three grandchildren. Gerald D. Angelley WASHINGTON (AP) Chief Hospital Corpsman Gerald D.

Angelley of Yuma has been killed in action in South Vietnam, the Defense Department reported yesterday. His wife, Maxine, lives in Yuma. Rhonda Murphy Services for Mrs Rhonda D. Murphy, 33, who died Tuesday in Phoenix Baptist Hospital, will be at 3:30 p.m. tomorrow in the Church of the Beatitudes, 555 W.

Glendale. Mrs. Murphy, 2135 W. Cactus Wren, was a member of the Washington Junior Womans Club. Born in Rock Island, she came to Phoenix four years ago from Joliet, Ill.

Survivors include her husband, Robert two daughters, Cindy and Linda Murphy of Phoenix; a sister and four brothers out of state. Burial will be in Memory Lawn Cemetery, A.L. Moore and Sons Mortuary announced. Joseph Barnes MESA Services for Joseph Barnes, 98, a former theater operator in Detroit, will be at 10:30 a.m. tomorrow in Larry J.

Melcher Mortuary, 43 S. Cremation will follow. Mr. Barnes came here three years ago and lived with friends, Mr. and Mrs.

Carl Sanford, 5930 Leonora. He died Tuesday in a Phoenix hospital. Born in Ireland, he came to Canada when he was 13 and later moved to Detroit. He had no known survivors. HIGGINS REASSIGNED SEOUL (UPI) Maj.

She had been an employe of the Roadway Inn in Scottsdale. She was born in Arizona. Survivors include her husband Richard; three children, Lemuel Thomas, Raymond King and Marvin King, all of Phoenix; and three brothers in New Mexico. Burial will be in the mission cemetery on the reservation. Rosary was recited yesterday in Universal Memorial Center.
