O'Connell, 67, a retired professional dancer and choreographer, died Aug. 31, 1978, in Hollywood, Calif. Mr. O'Connell was born in Prescott and lived in Arizona until 1931.

He is survived by one brother. Private services will be held in Phoenix Wednesday. ilk Eddie Burns Rosary for Eddie Burns, 47, who died Aug. 31, 1978, in Deer Valley Emergicenter, will be 8 p.m. today at Hansen Mortuary.

27th Ave. Mr. Burns came to Phoenix 37 years ago from Iowa City, Iowa. He was a jockey at several tracks Including Turf Paradise. Survivors include his wife, Barbara; one son Terry; his mother, four brothers, two sisters and two grandchildren.

Edward Jones. Mesa Services for Edward Oscar Jones, 90, who died Sept 2, 1978, in Mesa Lutheran Hospital, will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Green Acres Mortuary, Scottsdale. Mr. Jones, 3160 E.

Main was a security guard at Phelps Dodge in Ajo before moving to Mesa. He is survived by two daughters, Mary E. Owens and Lucille Harr, one brother, one sister, five grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Elizabeth Marston MESA Elizabeth Louise Marston, 71, who came to Mesa 16 years ago, died Sept. 3, 1978, in Mesa Christian Home.

Mrs. Marston, 1340 N. 24th was a graduate of Smith College, North Hampton, Mass. She is survived by her husband, John; two daughters, Linda Finnll and Constance McWhin-ney; 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. No services are scheduled.

45, who served In the Arizona House of Representatives from 1967 to 1976, died Sept 3, .1978, in a Tucson hospital after a lengthy 'Ui. Fricks, a demo- trat who did not seek re-electpn in 1976, died Irom-J amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, a ais- ease of motor nerves, the disease that claimed the life bf baseball great Lou Gehrig. Earlier this year, the legislature adopted a resolution designating Jan. 21 as Robert P. Fricks.

Day. The resolu- tion cited Fricks' "quick wit, warm humor and never failing charm" which lightened the atmosphere during legislative sessions. Services for Mr. Fricks will be 10 a.m. Wednesday in Tucson Baptist Temple.
