Friday in Mercer Mortuary, 1541 E. Thomas. Mr. Lathrop, 1837 E. Coronado, moved to Arizona 26 years ago and died Nov.

6, 1979, in Doctors Hospital. He is survived by his daughter-in-law, Josephine Lathrop; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Hazel Moody THATCHER Services for Hazel Moody, 87, who died Nov. 5, 1979, at Mountain View Nursing Home in Mesa, will be 2 p.m. Friday at the Thatcher Third Ward Chapel of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Mrs. Moody, a St. Johns native, was a housewife. Survivors include a daughter, Gwen Hinton; two sons, Phil and Grant; 20 grandchildren; 49 great-grandchildren and four Michael Daniel Services for Michael S. Daniel, 59, will be 1 p.m.

Friday in Williams-Air Force Base Chapel. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today in Melcher Mission Chapel, 6625 E. Apache Trail. Mr.

Daniel, 2914 W. Manzanita Apache Junction, died Nov. 5, 1979, in Lackland AFB Hospital, San Antonio, Tex. He was a World War II veteran and a maintenance instructor with the Air Force. He is survived by his wife, Beth; and son, Michael Jr.

George Renschler George E. Renschler, 70, a World War II veteran and farmer who moved here 25 years ago from Salem, died Nov. 5, 1979, in John C. Lincoln Hospital. Mr.

Renschler, 7031 E. Dreyfus, Scottsdale, is survived by his wife, Opal; children, Mary Quincy and Ed; two grandchildren and three sisters. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today in Hansen Mortuary, 8314 N. Seventh St.

Private services will be 11 a.m. Friday in the mortuary. Jose Cruz Mass for Jose Maria Cruz, 39, will be 7:30 p.m. today in St. Henry Catholic Church, 811 E.

Jackson, Buckeye. Graveside services will be 8:30 a.m. Friday in Holy Cross Cemetery, 99th Avenue and Thomas. Mr. Cruz died Oct.

31, 1979, in his Buckeye home. He worked six years as a sheep herder for Basilio Aja. Survivors include his mother, Sesma Cruz; and brothers and sisters in Spain. Whitney Murphy Funeral Home handled arrangements. Orville Darrough SCOTTSDALE Orville J.

Darrough, 71, a member of First Baptist Church of Scottsdale who had been a maintenance painter 20 years with Goodyear Aerospace, died Nov. 6, 1979, in Scottsdale Memorial Hospital. Mr. Darrough, 2617 N. 70th Place, moved to Arizona 33 years ago from Indiana.

Surviving are his wife, Edith; daughter, Ann Helvie; two a sister and two brothers. Services will be 2 p.m. Friday in Green Acres Mortuary, 401 N. Maude Reeves CHANDLER Services for Maude A. Reeves, 88, who moved here 43 years ago from Oklahoma, will be 2 p.m.

today in First Baptist Church, 800 W. Ray. Mrs. Reeves, 127 N. Kingston, died Nov.

7, 1979, in Chandler Community Hospital. She is survived by her children, Ruby Vanlanding-. ham, Iva Lee Hines, Theresa Nicholson and. William seven grandchildren and 13 greatgrandchildren. Bueler Mortuary handled arrangements.

J. Alex Burnham Services for J. Alex Burnham, 63, a self-employed jewelry salesman who moved here in 1964 from Gallup, N.M., will be 10 a.m. Friday in Northwest Mortuary, 4033 N. 19th Ave.

Mr. Burnham, 1250 E. Bell, died Nov. 6, 1979, in St. Joseph's Hospital.

He had worked part-time for Navajo Trading Den. Surviving are his wife, Clara; daughters, Mar-cia Williams and Lexie Pebley; a brother and four grandchildren. Fred Calvin Services for Fred Calvin, 92, will be 10:30 a.m. Friday in Bethel CME Church, 1306 W. Tonto.

Cocopah, died Nov. 3, 1979, in a local hospital. He came to Arizona 30 years ago from Texas and was a retired night watchman. Surviving are his wife, Corine; children, Annie Gosby, Canary Brown, Cora Taylor, Charlene Green, Beatrice and Don Calvin and Willie Washington; a brother; 10 grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Denning BUCKEYE Services for Oliver D. Denning, 78, who died Nov. 5, 1979, at a Columbus, Kan. hospital, will be I p.m. Friday at the Assembly of God Church.

Mr. Dennine. a Mis souri native, moved to Buckeye in 1939 and to Oklahoma in the 1970s. He was a retired minister for the Assembly of God Church. Survivors include his wife, Maggie; four sons, Kenneth, Dewey, Jerry Litton and Eddie Litton; a sister; nine grandchildren and 22 Johnnie Lee Allen Services for Johnnie Lee Allen, 51, who lived here 35 years and died Oct 31, 1979, in a Phoenix hospital, will be 10:30 a.m.

Southern. Mr. Woodall, 6238 S. 13th Place, moved to Arizona in 1940 from Cameron, and died Nov. 6, 1979, in St.

Luke's Hospital. Surviving are his wife, Shirley; children, Thelma Blankenship, Edith Bicunas, Modean Hagerty, Shirley Gravens, Orval, Joe, Jack and William; 27 grandchildren, 34 greatgrandchildren and a great-great-grandchild. DeMaio, 2134 W. Hartford, died Nov. 6, 1979, in Phoenix General Hospital. A former air compressor salesman, he had served in the Air Force and was an aircraft mechanic. Survivors include his wife, Adeline; children, Diane Klamvzynski, Tricia Ann, Susan Marie, James D.

and Robert mother, Alice DeMaio; a grandchild and a brother. Pedro Hernandez Pedro A. Hernandez, 69, a Southern Baptist minister 38 years before retiring in 1972, died Nov. 6, 1979, in Mary-vale Samaritan Hospital. Mr.

Hernandez, 3137 N. 40th Drive, graduated from Hardin Simmons University in 1941, Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1944 and earned his master's in theology at Golden Gate Seminary. He came to Phoenix 20 years ago from California and was a member of the Mexican Council of Ministers and HSU Alumni Association. Survivors include his wife, Esther; children, Ruth H. Diaz, Omega, Edmond 0.

and Joshua four grandchildren; two sisters and two brothers. Prayer services will be 7 p.m. today in Grim-shaw Chapel, 710 W. Bethany Home. Memorial services will be noon Friday in the chapel.

Elma Mae Perkins Graveside services for Elma Mae Perkins, 58, who came to Tolleson in 1925 from Warsaw, will be 1 p.m. Friday in Memory Lawn Memorial Park, 719 N. 27th Ave. Mrs. Perkins died Nov.

5, 1979, in her Covina, home. She worked as a medical receptionist and for Mountain Bell before moving from Phoenix in 1952. Surviving are her husband, William a sister and two brothers. IT VO Mary Virginia Al-brecht, 70, who had been a state marketing representative for Mountain Bell before retiring in 1974, died Nov. 6, 1979, in Good Samaritan Hospital.

Mrs. Albrecht moved here in 1954 from Ohio and lived in northwest Phoenix. She was a life member of the Phoenix Chapter of American Telephone Pioneers. Survivors include her daughter, Judith Vaughn; three grandchildren and two sisters. Rosary will be 7:30 p.m.
