Camelback Road, who owned and operated food services for the Scottsdale Hotel and was a past president of the National Restaurant Association, died Aug. 29, 1981, in his hoine. Mr.

Shank was born i in Denbigh, came to Scottsdale in 1960. He held his first job in the restaurant business at age 18 as a dishwasher in Washington, D.C., and opened his first restaurant in 1942 in Denver. Mr. Shank moved to Seettedale in 1960. He was a member of the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce for 20 years and on the Scottsdale Convention Bureau.

Mr. Shank is survived by wife, Norma; children, Paula Evans and Rex; three Arlington Kinney SCOTTSDALE Arlington R. Kinney, 81, of 8539 E. Vernon a retired welder and drill press operator, died Aug. 28, 1981, in his home.

Mr. Kinney was born i in New York and came to Arizona 11 years ago. Survivors include his daughters, Lucia Magoon and JoAnne Smith. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. today at Green Acres Mortuary, 401 N.

Hayden Road, Scottsdale. Jack Cys Jack H. Cys, 74, of 131 E. Boca Raton Road, who had been a civil engineer, died Aug. 28, 1981, Memorial Mr.

Cys was born in and came to 10 years ago. Survivors include his wife, Mabel; sons, John and Richard; a brother; a sister and two grandchildren. Memorial services will be 5 p.m. today at Messinger Mortuary, 7601 E. Indian School Road, Scottsdale.

Seventh St. Luna Whitman SUN CITY Luna E. Whitman, of 103rd Way, who WAS born in New Hampshire and came to Arizona 10 years ago, died Aug. 27, 1981, in her home. Survivors include her husband, Laurence brother; four grandchildren and two great dren.

Mayme Capell COOLIDGE Mayme Capell, 78, of Coolidge, who was born in Lamar, and came to Arizona in 1955, died Aug. 28, 1981, in a Casa Grande hospital. Kenneth Hiestand CITY Kenneth V. Hiestand, 70, of Sun City, a retired Ohio school superintendent, died Aug. 28, 1981, in Boswell Memorial Hospital. Mr. Hiestand was born in Bryant, and came to Sun City in 1974.

Subsequent Bid Lots (2,3 etc.) will reflect lesser dollar amounts for lesser degrees of work as indicated in the drawings. However, no bid will be considered acceptable that does not include figures for all Bid Lots described for the project, and any contractor submitting such bid shall be considered non-responsive.
