Delaware who died Nov. 24, 1981, in a Phoenix hospital, were Friday at the Lola Armijo TEMPE Lola Armijo, 72, of Tempe, who was born in New Mexico, died Nov. 26, 1981, in St Luke's Hospital in Tempe. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Edward Banegas; a brother; a sister and a grandson.

Rosary will be 7:30 p.m. today at Our Lady of Mt. Carroel Catholic Church, 2121 S. Rural Road. Mass will be 10 a.m.

Monday at the church. Paradise Chapel Funeral Home made arrangements. Leo Loebs PAYSON Services for Leo Loebs, 71, of Payson, a painting contractor manager for the the Stuart died Nov. 28, 1981, in a Sun City hospital. Mr.

Loebs was born in Tucson. Survivors include his wife, Margaret; children, Betty Fish, Leo Jr. and Robert; a brother; a sister, 15 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Services will be 7:30 p.m. Monday at Messinger Mortuary, 7601 E.

Indian School. Roy Beikman Roy Beikman, 74, of 7300 N. 51st who had been a welder for AiResearch, died Nov. 28, 1981, in his home. Mr.

Beikman was born in' Seymour, and came to Arizona in 1954. He was a member of Northwest Christian Church. Survivors include his wife, Thelma; children, Barbara Simrak, Patsy Hamilton, Roy and Edward, and nine grandchildren. Memorial services will be 9 a.m. Monday at Grimshaw Mortuary, 710 W.

Bethany Home. Anna Bumgardner Anna Bumgardner, 87, of 4635 N. 14th who was born in Toledo, Ohio, and came to Arizona 51 years ago, died Nov. 26, 1981, in Highland Manor Nursing Home. She is survived by a sister, Alma Taylor.

Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Green Acres Mortuary, 401 N. Hayden Road, Scottsdale. Maria Bencomo SAFFORD Rosary for Maria Bencomo, 79, of Saf-ford, who died Nov. 28, 1981, in Mt.

Graham Community Hospital, will be 7 p.m. Monday at Caldwell Funeral Home here. Mass will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Rose of Lime Catholic Church in Safford.

Public Notice Invoice 693f ARIZONA STATE LOTTERY COMMISSION REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR ANNUAL AUDIT The Arizona Slate Lottery Is requesting proposals for an independent examination of the books of account and funds for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1982 as specified in ARS This independent annual audit is in addition to the quarterly audits conducted by the Auditor General of the State of Arizona in accordance with ARS 5-524. The award of contract will be made on the basis of demonstrated competence and qualifications to perform the required audit work at a fair and reasonable price. Applicants must be independent certified public accountantsfirms licensed in Arizona. Firms should have previous experience in conducting lottery audits. Proposals must include: 1.

A statement of your understanding of the work, descriptions of the audit approach and illustrations of the procedures to be employed. 2. History of the firm, including experience In the examination of state lotteries. 3. Description of the experience and qualifications of the individuals who would be assigned to perform Ihe examination.

4. Estimated start and completion dates. 5. Proposed fees. The selected firm will be required to render an opinion on the financial statements In accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and Issue applicable letters of recommendations for improving internal accounting controls and recordkeeping procedures.

The examination may commence as soon as the firm is selected. Firms selected as the best qualified may be Invited to an oral interview. A pre-proposal conference will be held with prospective vendors at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, December 8, 1981, at Ihe Lottery Headquarters. Inquiries regarding this proposal may be referred to the Director of Administration, Arizona Slate Lottery, telephone 602-255-1470. Four (4) copies of the proposals are to be submitted to the Director of Administration, Arizona State Lottery, 301 E.

Virginia, Phoenix, Arizona 85004. No proposals will be accepted after 5:00 P.M. AAST, Monday, December 21, 1981. A contract will be awarded to the selected firm In January, 1982. The Lottery reserves the right to reiect any or all proposals.
